TimberTech designs low-maintenance products so you can increase your time enjoying life’s luxuries. TimberTech also believes in a low-maintenance return policy for online orders.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, TimberTech will be happy to accept a return or exchange if the following guidelines are followed:
1.You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
2.Prior to shipping your return or exchange you must notify a TimberTech Store Customer Service Representative and inform them of your situation. A Representative can be notified by e-mail or by phone. If this action is not performed, TimberTech reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange.
3.TimberTech will not pay for shipping costs incurred during the return/exchange process. For returns, a full refund, excluding shipping, will be credited promptly upon receiving the returned products. For exchanges, the purchase will be exchanged at no cost, but the shipping cost incurred to exchange will be charged to the original credit card used to purchase order. We understand that some products sold on the TimberTech Store must be opened to review, however in order to process a return or exchange products must not have been installed or used, and are returned to TimberTech in their original packaging.
4.Once your return/exchange is received it will be inspected by a trained staff member (usually within 72 hours of receipt). If deemed satisfactory, TimberTech will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card within 7 days, or exchanges will ship within 7 days of inspection. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
5.Once we have processed the return/exchange, we will send you an email confirmation that your return/exchange is complete.

Shipping Damage:
Upon arrival check your package for damages. If you experience damages you must note them on the bill of lading when you sign for the package, or if no signature was required then contact the shipping carrier immediately. If no damages are noted to the bill of lading, TimberTech cannot be held responsible for any damages. Once noted on bill of lading and you determine that you cannot utilize the product, contact TimberTech by e-mail or phone to report the damaged material. If you happen to accept a shipment and sign for no damages, then later discover that there indeed are damages, you must contact the carrier company within 48 hours of delivery to report it. TimberTech cannot file any claims on your behalf after 15 business days from the time of delivery, or attempted delivery.
Cancelations:
If for any reason you need to cancel your TimberTech Store order before it has arrived, you will need to contact TimberTech by e-mail or phone as soon as possible. If your purchase has already shipped, you will need to arrange for a return, and you will be responsible for shipping costs. If the purchase has not shipped, you may make the cancellation at no charge to your credit card.
Refusals:
If package is refused at time of arrival then you are responsible for delivery and return shipping charges.
Price Adjustments:
Web site products placed on temporary markdown (sale items) are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if TimberTech is notified within 7 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on original payment.
Online purchases will only be accepted by TimberTech, the manufacturer, and will not be accepted by TimberTech distribution or retail partners.
